1. Who we are

This website is operated by GET FUDO 87 LTD (company number 14498397, registered in England & Wales, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ), trading as Snac Fresh (“Snac Fresh”, “we”, “us”). By using this site you agree to these terms.

2. Using the site

You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it in any way that could damage or impair it. We may update or withdraw the site, or any part of it, at any time.

3. Our role as a marketplace

Snac Fresh is a marketplace that connects food businesses with independent, verified suppliers. Where you place an order, your contract for the supply of goods is with the relevant supplier. We facilitate discovery, ordering, invoicing and payment, and we verify both sides of every transaction.

4. Accounts and verification

To order or supply through Snac Fresh you must register and pass our verification, which may include identity and credit checks. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your login secure.

5. Orders, pricing and credit

Prices and availability are set by suppliers and may change. Where credit terms are offered they are subject to approval and to the terms agreed at onboarding. Payment is collected on the agreed terms.

6. Enquiries and uploaded invoices

If you upload invoices or submit an enquiry, you confirm you are entitled to share that information and you agree we may use it to prepare your savings comparison and to contact you about onboarding. See our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the Snac Fresh name and logo, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be used without our permission.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for matters outside our reasonable control. [Final liability wording to be confirmed by legal.]

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
